Day-of Coordination Package
$685
This package is perfect for couples who have already planned most of their wedding but want a professional coordinator to help manage the details on the wedding day. We help keep the day organized, communicate with vendors and venue staff, and make sure the timeline stays on track.
Includes:
Day-of coordination with vendors and venue staff
One in-person planning meeting anytime before the wedding day
Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
Communication with venue staff on the wedding day
Vendor and staff direction during the wedding day
Assistance keeping the ceremony, reception, and major moments on schedule
Coordination of key moments such as ceremony start time, grand entrance, dinner, speeches, dances, and send-off, if applicable
Support with general wedding day questions and needs
Travel:
Travel within Polk County is included.
Additional travel is $35 per 50 miles outside of Polk County.
Lodging may be required for long-distance events, late-night endings, or events with early setup needs.
Upgraded Coordination Package
$1,315
This package is a great option for couples who want extra support leading up to the wedding while still handling most of the planning themselves. We help organize final details, communicate with vendors before the wedding day, and make sure everyone is on the same page before the celebration begins.

Day-of coordination with vendors and venue staff
Three in-person planning meetings anytime before the wedding day
Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
Coordination with vendors before the wedding day
Assistance confirming vendor arrival times and important event details
Communication with venue staff before and during the wedding day
Assistance contacting and booking pre-selected vendors
Help organizing ceremony and reception details
Support with timeline flow, setup timing, vendor needs, and wedding day logistics
Direction for vendors and staff on the wedding day
Coordination of key moments throughout the ceremony and reception

Travel:
Travel is included within 100 miles of Polk County.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond 100 miles.
Lodging may be required for long-distance events, late-night endings, or events with early setup needs.
Ultimate Coordinator Package
Starting at $2,585
This package is designed for couples who want full planning support from beginning to end. We assist with the planning process, vendor communication, budgeting, decor planning, wedding weekend details, and overall event coordination. This is our most hands-on package for couples who want extra guidance, organization, and support throughout the entire wedding experience.
Includes:
Full wedding planning assistance
Vendor recommendations based on your needs, style, and budget
Vendor communication and negotiation assistance
Wedding budget assistance and organization
Attendance at vendor meetings as needed
Assistance with wedding design, planning, and overall event flow
Planning and actualization of wedding decor
Support with ceremony and reception layout details
Coordination with vendors before and during the wedding weekend
Assistance with setup and teardown coordination, if necessary
Wedding invitation creation
Breakfast for the morning of the wedding
